Your day in morning, afternoon, evening and night
Instead of one big “today” pile, each task gets the time of day it suits. In the afternoon, afternoon tasks rise to the top; at night, tomorrow morning’s prep shows up.
- Rename the times of day and change when they start to fit your life (an early 5 am start, night shifts).
- Plan tasks without an exact time as “sometime this evening”.
- Tasks from a missed time of day don’t disappear — they stay at the top, marked as past.

Save the places you visit often — home, work, the supermarket — and attach them to tasks. Arrive within a place’s radius and its tasks move to the top; they rise gradually as you get closer, and tasks you can only do elsewhere fade down or can be hidden.

Change what a board’s columns mean at any time. See the same tasks by time of day, by place or by priority. Drag a card to another column and its value changes — move it to “Evening” and it becomes an evening task.
- Columns — custom, time of day, place, priority, project, label, due date
- Swimlanes — split rows too, for two axes like “project × time of day”
- WIP limits — set how many cards a column can hold and see it turn red when exceeded
- Create as many boards as you like, and duplicate them.

FAQ
Questions
Can I use it for free?
Tasks, projects, boards and places, ordering by time of day and location, sync, export and MCP connections are included in every plan. The built-in AI assistant can be used up to 20 times a day on the free plan. Paid plans only raise the AI limit; they are not on sale yet and prices have not been set.
Can I take my data with me?
In Settings → Data & recovery you can export tasks, projects, boards, places and settings as a JSON file. Deleted tasks can be restored from the trash and change history. We never sell or hand over your information for advertising.
Do you record my location?
Your current location is used only to work out which place you are at and order your tasks; no movement history is recorded. The only coordinates stored on the server are the location and radius of places you register yourself. Sending precise coordinates to AI is off at first.
Can I use it without an internet connection?
Changes made while offline are kept on the device and sent to the server once you reconnect. Changes kept on the device and changes confirmed by the server are shown separately.
What does the AI assistant receive?
After you agree to AI data sharing and make a request, the conversation and the names of the tasks, projects, boards and places needed for it are sent to the AI model provider (Anthropic). doneix servers do not store conversations, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account in settings. Account data including tasks, trash, change history, places, calendar connections and authentication data is deleted from the server, and an active paid subscription is cancelled first. Backup files you saved yourself must be deleted by you.
