Connections are optional

Location access, AI data sharing and usage statistics are separate choices. doneix does not record your current location as a movement history. Saved places and their radii are stored in your account. Sharing precise coordinates with the AI provider is off by default.

Manage your account and connections

Settings provide authenticator-based two-factor authentication and one-use recovery codes. MCP connections use only the approved permissions. You can revoke tokens and connections. Change authentication and AI consent directly after signing in to the app.

Export and recovery

Export tasks, projects, boards, places and settings as JSON, then review an import preview and warnings before applying it. Trash and change history help recover tasks. Shared-list content has a separate export; exports do not restore membership permissions. Workspace restore points are separate from disaster-recovery database backups.

Understand offline storage

The app distinguishes changes stored on your device from changes acknowledged by the server. Desktop pending changes use OS secure storage where available. If OS encryption is unavailable, you must choose whether to keep pending changes unencrypted on that device.

Current availability

Android and desktop downloads are previews; the iPhone app is coming soon. Desktop publisher signing and macOS notarization remain incomplete. Mail recovery, calendars and payments depend on operational provider configuration and delivery checks. Notification delivery also depends on permissions and operating-system state.
