Every task feature is free

Paid plans only raise the daily limit of the in-app AI assistant. Task management is the same on every plan.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. The free plan includes every task feature today.

Included in every plan

• Tasks, projects, boards and places
• Ordering by time of day and current location, place reminders
• Sync across devices and offline capture
• Calendar connection, data export and backups
• Connect Claude and other AI tools over MCP

AI limits reset every day at 00:00 UTC. Besides the request count there is a daily processing-cost limit, so very long requests can reach the limit sooner. Using Claude or other AI tools over MCP does not count toward the limit; those tools have their own subscriptions.

Payment and prices

• Paid subscriptions are sold on the web only and payments are processed by Xsolla (Xsolla (USA), Inc.). Card details are never stored by doneix.
• Choose monthly or yearly billing. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout, together with whether tax is included and the final total.

Automatic renewal and cancellation

• Your subscription renews automatically every billing period (monthly or yearly) at the same price until you cancel. We will tell you before the next renewal if the price goes up.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in the web app. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep paid benefits until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

• If you have not used paid benefits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• Other refund rules and withdrawal of purchase follow Article 6 of the Terms of Service.
• Deleting your account cancels an active subscription first.
